• The PDK Airport Association  The Peachtree DeKalb Airport Association (PDKAA) is comprised of pilots, businesses, and general aviation enthusiasts dedicated to promoting the positive aspects of both general aviation and DeKalb Peachtree Airport (PDK), providing a voice in matters concerning the airfield, and its use by everyone.
• Right to Quiet Society for Soundscape Awareness and Protection  This non-profit organization addresses noise pollution in general, but quite a lot of content is focused on aircraft and airport noise pollution.
• Sane Aviation For Everyone, Inc.  A coalition of independent citizens groups and individuals in the New York City metropolitan area dedicated to stopping and reversing the environmental and health impacts of JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark Airports.  Conspiract theorists will enjoy this.
• State of Nebraska Department of Aeronautics  Established to encourage and facilitate the development and use of aviation in Nebraska: links to Nebraska airport websites, airport manager contacts, airport photos, events, and other Nebraska aviation information.
• Texas Aviation Association  Their goal is to preserve and protect Texas airports, and to advance public understanding of general aviation to the citizens of Texas.
• U.S. Citizens Aviation Watch A national organization comprised of local airport groups, environmental organizations and civic groups, cities and townships concerned about noise, environment, public health and other quality of life issues related to aviation operations.
• Wireless Airport Association  The American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), Air Transport Association (ATA), and the Airports Council International - North America (ACI-NA) joined to form the WAA, an association dedicated to the expansion of state-of-the-art wireless services at airports.  The goal of the Association is to provide recommendations, models, and best practices for the provision of wireless services at airports in a manner that will best meet the needs of passengers, employees, and airport tenants.  Membership in the association is free and open to individuals or companies that have an interest in wireless services at airports.

• Experimental Balloon and Airship Association The EBAA is a loose congregation of aeronauts who have built, fly or own any sort of Experimental, Ultralight or Homebuilt Lighter-Than-Air Craft.  Vehicles owned and built by members are mostly hot air balloons but also include hot air airships, gas balloons and gas airships.
• FAI Ballooning commission A non-governmental and non-profit making international organization with the basic aim of furthering aeronautical and astronautical activities worldwide.
• Granite State Balloon Association  All about ballooning in New Hampshire, including festivals, pilots, rides, weather, getting involved, and learning to fly balloons.
• Great Eastern Balloon Association  An association of balloon pilots, crew, and enthusiasts, formed for balloonists in the middle Atlantic states of the US.
• International Aeronauts League  A web-based community of balloonists and those interested in ballooning which encourages safety, education and practice sharing.  Membership is free and non-pilots can ask questions about how to become a pilot in a non-threatening and friendly environment.  Also serves as the official online home of Ed Yost's "Balloon Historical Society".

• Aerospace Legacy Foundation  The foundation seeks historical integrity and educational use of a portion of the NASA/Boeing site in Downey in Southern Califoria, which has been acquired by the City of Downey.
• The Aircraft Engine Historical Society  A non-profit educational and historical society, open to the public, which fosters an appreciation of the people, art, and science associated with aircraft engine development, manufacture, and use.
• American Aviation Historical Society  The AAHS was established to preserve and disseminate the hertiage of American aviation through a collection of books, documents and photographs, a quarterly Journal, and Newsletter.
• American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics  In commemoration of the approaching 100th anniversary of flight, AIAA launched the Evolution of Flight, a campaign to recognize the men and women who have challenged history and defined aerospace achievement.  Includes history of flight timeline from around the world.
• Antique Aeroplane Association of Australia Inc.  The National organisation promoting the preservation, rebuilding, and above all, flying of old aeroplanes.  "Old" includes both civil and military antique and classic aeroplanes.

• The Army Aviation Heritage Foundation  The AAHF seeks to educate the American public to their military heritage through the story of U.S. Army Aviation's soldiers and machines.
• The Arrow Alliance  An organization sponsoring major projects of Canadian interest to demonstrate achievement through hands-on participation.  The reconstruction of a full-scale, flying Avro Arrow is the first undertaking.

• Berlin Airlift Historical Foundation  A non-profit educational group dedicated to preserving the memory and legacy of the Berlin Airlift of 1948-1949.

• The First Flight Society  Formed in 1926 by a group of North Carolina Outer Bankers, group dedicated themselves to preserving the original site of the Wright Brothers' first flights of December 17, 1903.
• Fly Navy Heritage  The charity supporting the Royal Navy Historic Flight and the Fleet Air Arm Museum and St Bartholomew’s Church (the Fleet Air Arm Memorial Church).  The aim is to preserve the nation’s aviation heritage so that future generations can understand the nature of those who built, maintained, operated and fought in Naval aircraft of the past by experiencing them first hand.
• Hawke's Bay Aviation Heritage Association  A group of ex-WW2 and Korea personnel from the RNZAF, RAAF, RAF, Fleet Air Arm, and US Airforce who have collected photo albums, diaries, and audio/video recordings.
• Historic Aircraft Restoration Society  This group was formed in 1979 by a group of aviation enthusiasts interested in the preservation of Australian aviation history.  Their mission is "To recover and where possible restore to flying condition, aircraft or types of aircraft that have played a significant part in Australian Aviation History both in the Civil and Military arenas."
• The Historical Aviation Society Of Ireland - Website & Online Network  Ireland's historical aviation website, forum, online archives, and enthusiast network.
• The International Group for Historic Aircraft Recovery  Aviation archaeological foundation with a full-time professional staff to guide an international membership of researchers and supporters in the non-profit organization's efforts to find, save, and preserve rare and historic aircraft.
• Italian Historic Aircraft Society (GAVS)  Working to preserve Italian-built aircraft.
• Latin American Aviation Historical Society  An international group dedicated to the enjoyment of discovering and exchanging information about aeronautical history.

• The National Biplane Association  A non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Oklahoma.  Its purpose is to educate the general public on the history and development of biplane aircraft and to promote their preservation.
• Quiet Aircraft Association  This site presents the history of the 1960's quiet aircraft project where Lockheed engineers were challenged to design an aircraft that could see, but not be seen or heard in the night.
• The Replica Fighters Association  A non-profit forum for individuals interested in the replication of military aircraft.
• The Society of Air Racing Historians  Established to preserve complete and accurate records of air races, racepilots, and raceplanes.
• Vintage Aircraft Association  The VAA brings together people from around the world who share an interest in the aircraft of yesterday.  Members are active restorers and enthusiasts working to keep vintage aircraft in the air and flying for the pleasure and education of themselves and the public at large.  A division of the Experimental Aircraft Association.
• Women Military Aviators  This non-profit corporation was formed to promote and preserve for historical, educational, and literary purposes the role of women pilots, navigators, and aircrew members in the service of their country.  It offers networking, scholarships, biennial conventions, and links to additional information on women aviators. Membership is open to all female aviators and fight crewmembers from all services and nations as well as people who support women in military aviation.  Corporate memberships are also available.
• World Airline Historical Society  With a mission to encourage and facilitate the preservation of memorabilia representing the world's commercial airlines through private and public collections.  The Society also helps document the histories of aircraft, airports, and air carriers.  Membership includes a free subscription to The Captain’s Log, the Society’s educational journal and other benefits.
• The Yakkes Foundation  This foundation evolved from an idea of a few aviation-entrepreneurs who are, either professionally or privately, intrigued by all aspects of flight.  Its purpose is to keep older airplanes in perfect flying condition for the joy of the aviation sport and spectators alike.

• The Air Care Alliance  A U.S. league of humanitarian flying organizations whose volunteer pilots are dedicated to community service.
• Air Compassion America  A non-profit patient advocacy and assistance organization established to help locate and coordinate bed-to-bed air ambulance service.  ACAM’s mission is to help patients and families undergoing a difficult health crisis by offering them compassionate counseling and working to lower air ambulance and medically assisted travel costs.
• Air Serv International  A non-profit air and cargo transportation organization providing services to humanitarian organizations working overseas.
• The Airline Pilot's Historical Society  A non-profit charitable foundation specializing in aviation memorabilia with the purpose of educating through the preservation of aircraft parts and components.  Control wheels, instrument panels, cockpit collectibles and artifacts from the DC-3 through 747, home-sim parts, and other memorabilia.  Components from dismantled aircraft are used to provide "Hands On" experience to school children in order to stimulate interest in aviation.  They also provide financial assistance to children's hospitals and organizations that specialize in the needs of children.
• Angel Flight, Inc.  A non-profit organization of pilots and other volunteers dedicated to serving the community by arranging free private air transportation for medical patients who cannot afford to utilize normal, commercial transportation.  Angel Flight also provides services to blood, organ and tissue banks.
• Angel Flight East  This organization provides free air transportation for medically needy people.
• Angel Flight Georgia  A nonprofit organization providing free air transportation to and from treatment facilities for those with medical needs who are financially distressed or unable to travel on public transportation. Missions include transplant, compassionate care, routine treatment flights, and others referred to us by healthcare providers.

• Australian Women's Pilot's Association  Aims: to encourage women to gain flying licenses of all types, either as a hobby or profession; maintain pilot networks in state and local areas where women in aviation can meet and exchange information; promote training, employment and careers in aviation; and assist in the future of aviation through public interest, safety, and education.
• British Women Pilots Association  The BWPA exists to promote aviation, particularly to women.
• International Aviation Womens Association  The IAWA brings together women of achievement in the aviation industry and promotes their advancement through the establishment of a worldwide network of aviation professional contacts.
• New Zealand Association of Women in Aviation  An enthusiastic group that aims to foster friendship amongst women interested in aviation through networking, meetings, rallies, and newsletters.

• Professional Women Controllers, Inc.  PWC is an association of air traffic control specialists (both men and women).  While membership is predominantly composed of controllers within the USA, the international membership base is expanding.  The webpage is used to facilitate the networking of persons in the air traffic control professional field, both within and outside the United States, and to keep members informed on issues, career opportunities, and activities.
• Tulsa Ninety-Nines  The website of the Tulsa Chapter of the Ninety-Nines, an international organization of licensed women pilots from 35 countries with over 6,500 members.

• Air Transportation Research International Forum  ATRIF is a group of aviation industry strategic planners and research analysts who review and debate topical issues at twice-yearly meetings.
• Aircraft Fleet Recycling Association  AFRA is an international association that seeks to improve aircraft industry sustainability through aging aircraft value improvement and recycling.
• Airworthy.Org  A privately owned organization of experienced aviation professionals that assist others in locating and obtaining airworthy related resources on the World Wide Web.  Includes resumes of US Designated Airworthiness Representatives (DAR's), Designated Engineering Representatives (DER's), Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanics and Inspection Authorization (IA) holders, reference data (CFR, FAA Orders, and Advisory Circulars).  Lots of information about the FAA and regulatory issues.
• The Alliance for Aviation Across America  The AAAA opposes the FAA user fee proposal and is a coalition of aviation enthusiasts and professionals, local airports, civic organizations representing rural and agriculture voices, city, county and state officials, economic development entities, non-profit organizations, small and mid-size businesses and others dedicated to protecting small and rural communities.  They are also dedicated to properly modernizing America’s air traffic control system to enhance safety, promote efficiency and expand capacity in order to ensure all Americans have access to air transportation.
• The American Kitefliers Association  The largest association of kiters in the world, with over 4,000 members, in 35 countries.  Their purpose is to educate the public in the art, history, technology, and practice of building and flying kites - to advance the joys and values of kiting in all nations.
• The American Society Of Aviation Artists  ASAA brings together persons who share a love of art and aviation in an organization that challenges itself to the creation of works that are unique to aviation and aerospace.
• ASTM International - Standards Worldwide  A standards development body providing technical standards to industry worldwide, including aviation standards.
• Aviation Crime Prevention Institute, Inc.  A non-profit organization dedicated to the elimination of aviation related crime through education of the aviation industry worldwide, cooperation between the aviation industry and law enforcement agencies, and communication of information and security procedures to all.
• Aviation Health Institute  A non-profit organisation that promotes health and well being of airline passengers worldwide.  Includes a chart with economy/coach seat pitch by airline, guidelines for physicians offering patient advice, health advice for passengers, links related to aviation health.
• Center for Advanced Aviation System Development CAASD is a Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) sponsored by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to perform essential research and engineering functions.
• The British Columbia Aviation Council  The BCAC is a self-sustaining organization, with the mission to "promote the safe and orderly development of aviation and aviation services in the Province of British Columbia."
• The Coalition for Space Exploration  This collaborative effort between a number of aerospace companies (Boeing, Lockheed martin, Pratt & Whitney, Honeywell, Aerojet, Raytheon, and others) has a mission to ensure the United States will remain a leader in space, science, and technology.
• General Aviation Awareness Council  The UK General Aviation associations, supported by commercial and professional bodies, have established this Council to try to ensure that GA activity in the UK does not decline, and its expansion in business flying, pilot training, sport, and recreation is publicly and privately encouraged.

• Inter-American Committee Against Terrorism  An Agency of the Organization of American States (OAS), CICTE was created to exchange information between national authorities, establishment a database of terrorism issues, assist in drafting counterterrorism legislation, compile treaties and agreements, enhance border cooperation and travel documentation security measures, and develop activities for training and crisis management.  The CICTE originated with the Second Specialized Conference on Terrorism held in Mar del Plata, Argentina on November 23-24, 1998.
• International Council of Air Shows An association of air show producers, performers and support service providers, ICAS was created in 1968 to safeguard and promote the interests of air shows and air show professionals.
• International Society for Aviation Photography  ISAP provides an international forum for the art and science of aviation photography, facilitating the exchange of aviation photography ideas, technique, philosophy, and equipment.  Perhaps most importantly, it provides a mechanism for communication, education, and friendship among its members.
• Manatoba Aviation Council Promotes development and advancement of aviation in Manitoba.
• Middletown Aviation Foundation  The Foundation seeks to promote aviation in Southwest Ohio through public outreach programs.  It’s primary tool, the Wings of Freedom Airshow, offers an opportunity to celebrate a rich aviation heritage.
• National Aviation Reporting Center For Anomalous Phenomena  NARCAP is a non-profit, scientific organization dedicated to improving aviation safety related to unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) of all kinds.  A secondary goal is to collect, analyze, and report our most reliable scientific findings to the scientific community for their continued study.
